General Info

Our PADI Nitrox Diver Course Has THREE Nitrox Dives Not TWO.
NDL for the most common scuba diving gas mixtures
Normal 21% air at 20 metres allows you 45 (NDL) minutes diving
EANx 32% at 20 metres allows you 75 (NDL) minutes diving
EANx 36% at 20 metres allows you 95 (NDL) minutes diving.
Why Dive with Nitrox/Enriched Air?The most common use of Nitrox mixtures containing higher than normal levels of oxygen is in scuba diving, where the reduced percentage of nitrogen is advantageous in reducing nitrogen in the body.
This extends the possible no decompression limit dive time (NDL), reduces the risk of Decompression Sickness (DCS) allowing you to enjoy your favourite dive sites for longer.
The two most commonly used Nitrox mixtures in scuba diving are EANx32 (enriched air nitrox) and EANx 36 with 32% and 36% oxygen concentration respectively, compared to 21% in normal air.
