Taken by divers as a prerequisite for the PADI rescue diver course.
E.F.R is a stand alone course that can help anyone feel more confident in their ability to give aid in an emergency, not only in a diving situation but in everyday life too.

E.F.R Course Schedule
Morning: 10:00 Arrive at dive centre.
Section One:
Deals with primary care of a patient focusing on CPR and basic life support.

Scuba Dive Phuket - E.F.R First Aid Course.

Section Two:

Helps you understand how to continue care for the patient while you wait for the emergency services to arrive or if they are not available.

Both sections are supported by video and book learning with easy to understand reviews and quizzes along with rescue scenarios to develop your knowledge ensuring that if an emergency does happen you will be equipped with all the skills you could need and the confidence to use them.
